Hi,

My name is Michelle. I am a 27 year old single mother of two. I have a 7yr. old daughter named Tina, and a 16 month old son, Jimmy Ray. They are two of the best well behaved kids anyone could ever have the pleasure of knowing. I messed up a year ago by engaging in a physical altercation with my childrens father; the outcome was a horrible mess, and many people were there to see our fight, including our children. The police were called, though they didn't catch up with their dad right away. Because of this, CPS was called out, and untill my childrens father had been detained, or turned himself in CPS instated a protective order in the childrens behalf. Meaning our home was not a safe place for them to stay, and in order to avoid them being put in foster care, my mother took over the responsibility of being their temporary guardain. From there, due to the domestic violence/police contact at the place where we were renting; I was then served with eviction papers. The police finally caught up with dad, and he was shipped off to prison. After having lost our home, and my having been separated from my kids for close to 4 months I was really starting to lose touch with reality. Then my car was stolen weeks later..and i was now without my children, our home, my spouse (our families income), and now my car. I have been doing all that I can to survive, but without my children I am heartbroken. I have gone to welfare for assistance, though I am still unable to find and provide a home for us. I have gone down to the housing authorities, applied for section 8, though the waiting list is 8 years. I am not able to get a job without some sort of transportation of my own due to the fact that I don't have a permanent place to stay. If some one could help me with some options that could help my situation that I may have overlooked I would and will take any and or all advice/ suggestions. Dear Friends: I'm a 56 year old female who have like many have workd hard most of my life alway try to help others any way i can Now i find myself needing help. After trying everything I know to do beside lying or stealing.Im know well but i'm here Thank God My Doctor want me to sign up for disability but how can I do that when one have to not work I work part-time making 17-maybe 20 hour a week if i'm lucky which dont make ends meet Ive pinched  pennies harder than hard I lot my full time job 3yrs ago and have been part-time since I have to do what ever work I can even aganist Doctor orderbecause noone help me with anything I tryed to get a full time job got hired and they sent me to get a Phyical and the Doctor there called the Ambelance to take me striaght to the hospital for high blood pressure super high I don't have to tell you I lost the job. my rent is three months behind I been working with my Landlord who giving himeverything I can to hang on to a place to live but his paitience is waring thin It hard I been to every local agent I can .through the years I have Donated often when I was able won't help me now in my time of need I get a small amount of foodstamps of else I would not eat If there is someone who could help me, with a handup not a hand out .

I am a mature woman who within the last 6 months lost my job. Because of my age I'm having a tough time trying to find another one. I have never done anything like this before, I barely know how to ask anyone for any thing. Since the loss of my job, I've lost my home and most of my belongings. A friend of mine took me in but its not a good situation. I have 3 pets that I love dearly who have been there through thick and thin, they are my family (1dog 15yrs,cat 16yrs, cat adopted from hurricane katrina about 5yrs).Anyway it poses a big housing problem for me. What I really need is a roof over my head. If any one knows of a job in the Grand Rapids,Mi area that will hire a 51 year old woman, I'd apreciate it. I do in house home care,housekeeping,nanny,pets, etc. I can live-in or out. I have many years experience working with elderly (private duty). I am very good at what I do. I will even consider relocating if its a live-in position. I also am in desparate need of warm clothes,tops (lrg) pants, jeans, (14) boots ( 7 ) . I don't have even a winter coat (L). I am even having a hard time keeping my babies, (pets) in food. They all eat cat food even the dog.I've worked hard all my life. I'm not looking for a handout, I just need a little help till I can get back on my feet again.Thank You for reading this, merry xmas!!! Lynne

HELLO I AM A SINGLE 31 YEAR OLD MOTHER OF ONE.I'M HAVING A HARD TIME RIGHT NOW I DON'T NEED MUCH JUST A SMALL AMOUNT TO HELP ME GET ON MY FAMILY BACK ON TRACK..IF THERE IS ANYONE OUT THERE THAT CAN HELP THIS GOD FEARING CHILD OUT OF A BIND I WILL BE VERY THANKFUL. THE MOST THAT IS NEEDED IS $800.00 US.THIS WILL BE USED TO GET BACK ON MY FEET AND CAUGHT MYSELF.I KNOW ALOT OF PEOPLE MAY ASK FOR HELP AND USE THE HELP IN OTHER WAYS THEN WHAT IT WAS MENT FOR. I have been unmeployed since the end of October up until now, I trust and believe that God has a plan for my life. So has a mother and grandmother I'am reaching out to the saints for some grace and mercy now. We have run out of food, the rent is due as will as other things that we need.
